Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Engagement Planning: Set up and plan audit engagement activities to ensure thorough preparation and efficient execution.
- Conducting Audits: Perform audits of our financial institution clients, including communication with clients, preparation and completion of workpapers, and participation in exit discussions.
- Finalizing Work Papers: Ensure all workpapers are finalized accurately and reports are prepared timely.
- Research and Problem-Solving: Research and identify answers to non-complex questions to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Client Communication: Develop and utilize skills to communicate effectively with clients, department personnel, and firm management.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently or within a group as dictated by client needs, demonstrating a willingness to take direction from seniors, managers, and partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
- Client Interaction: Developing skills to communicate directly with existing clients, prospective clients, colleagues, management, and examiners regarding financial institution matters.
- Ethical Standards: Understand and consistently demonstrate firm ethics in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or associates degree with experience.
- Preferred Experience: Previous work experience in the banking industry is a plus.

Compensación: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
